Medical Transcription
Our transcriptionists hold certificates in medical transcription from recognized, accredited transcriptionist schools. They have a minimum of two (2) years of medical transcription experience post-graduation. All transcriptionists have undergone our rigorous post-employment training and evaluation processes. All transcriptionists are U.S. citizens and have been background check and take yearly HIPAA & Privacy Training course. They have the ability to transcribe materials from health care providers with varying accents, speech, tone, voice volume, delivery pronunciations and enunciations.
Our staff has experience in all medical specialties, including, but not limited to ambulatory care, anesthesiology, autopsies, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, drug and alcohol treatment, emergency medicine, endocrinology, general medicine, gastroenterology, general surgery, geriatrics, gynecology, hematology, immunology, infectious diseases, internal medicine, neurology, neuropsychological, neurosurgery, nuclear medicine, oncology, optometry, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, outpatient surgery, pathology, psychiatry, psychology, plastic surgery, pulmonary, radiology, renal, rheumatology, spinal cord injury, thoracic surgery, transplant surgery and urology.
We provide a variety of transcribed reports including: discharge summaries, procedure, history and physical examination, annual physical examination, radiology, emergency department notes, compensation and pension examination, outpatient and inpatient progress notes, cardiology (including Holter monitors, stress treadmills and echocardiograms), neurology (including sleep study, EEG, EMG and Dopplers), operative, procedure, special procedure notes, surgical pathology, cytology, autopsy, mental status examinations, and consultations. We will transcribe other miscellaneous administrative and medical reports as may be required.
